Wedding Essentials

"Wedding Essentials" is a TV show designed to take local brides and their families and friends through the entire wedding planning process. Interviews with service providers as well as timely product information will be a main focus of each episode. Other segments included on each show include:


"Trends and Traditions" which gives viewers historical information of wedding nuances.


"Ask the Consultant" where our experienced wedding planners answer questions from viewers.


The pilot has been filmed for "Wedding Essentials - Central Florida Edition," featuring as the Lead Host: Professional Wedding Planner Marcy Rodriquez of Ormond Beach, accompanied by Certified Wedding Planners: Jenna Jones, also of Ormond Beach and Kerline Docteur of Orange Park as her co-hosts...

Little Ones: How to Get Them Down the Aisle

Tips on How to Get the Flower Girl and Ring Bearer Down the Aisle:

• Talk to them about what their duties are
• Get them excited about being in your wedding
• Show them what they will be wearing on your special day
• Have them attend rehearsal so they are comfortable in what they need to do
• Tell them that you are so excited for them to be part of your wedding
• Let them know that it is okay to make mistakes
• Introduce them to the rest of your bridal party
• Tell them a treat is waiting for them after the ceremony (have a lollipop or cupcake waiting for them once the ceremony is completed)
• If you have a wedding planner, introduce them to her/him so they know who to go to if there is any problem

Little Ones: Flower Girl Attire

To be a flower girl is such a big honor to a little girl. She will feel so privileged and special that you have asked "her" to be in your wedding. This means she gets to live out the fantasy that every little girl has of walking down the aisle in "big girl" heels, a pretty dress, and of course hold some amazing flowers (whether it be petals to throw or a small bouquet to carry).

You want your little flower girl(s) to be coordinated with either your wedding dress or with your bridesmaids' attire. Here are some of favorite little dresses:

Dear Jenna and Jen,

WOW! What else is there to say? You both are simply amazing. Thank you so much for giving us the wedding of our dreams. I never dreamed it could've been this perfect. Planning a wedding from out of town was trying at times but you made it happen. You were always there with a comforting email or just a cheerful voice on the other end of a phone call.

I remember when my mom called to tell me that she had hired you as our wedding planners. I was super excited. After our first "in person" meeting, I was ecstatic! I knew that we had made the right decision back then and even more so now.

The whole wedding weekend was simply perfect. Thank you both for all of your hardwork and attention to detail. You both are truly special and have a real gift. We are so sad that our wedding is over but hopfully we can still keep in touch. You are wonderful and we are so lucky to have had you with us during the whole process and on our big day. We will never forget it! The day was magical. I will always remember walking into the reception for our "sneak peek" and my eyes filling up with tears of amazement and joy. I was overwhelemed! None of it would've been possible without you and we thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We love you and can't thank you enough for everything!

Lyndsay and Tim

Wow, what can I even say about this April 10th WEDDING besides AMAZING!!! One of our dearest friends, Lyndsay, married the love of her life and we both were able to stand up next to her on her big day.

Now, since we were both bridesmaids our incredible assistant, Sam really took charge and made sure everything ran smoothly not only for Lyndsay and Tim but also so we could enjoy this special moment in our lives with one of our closet friends.

The night was spectacular. The ceremony was held at the beautiful Prince of Peace church and then had an over the top reception at one of our favorite venues of all times, LPGA International. We felt at peace the entire night knowing that Lorraine at LPGA and her professional staff had it all covered.

Jen and I are so excited that we can hardly contain ourselves!! celebrate! was approached by television producers on making a fun, positive image reality tv show featured around our lives as wedding planners in Florida. A Big Thank You

We just received this oh so sweet thank you note from one of our brides and we just had to share.....

Hi Jen and Jenna,

Steve and I just got back from our honeymoon, and I wanted to tell you how much we appreciated all you did for us. The wedding was amazing and went just as I had it in my head. Which was a surprise because something usually goes wrong. If anything did we didn't know about it, you two were heaven sent. All of our guests keep raving about how it was the best wedding they've been to in a long time. And the choir was a huge hit, it was more than I expected,I got chills when the whole congregation started to sing along!

We can't wait to see the pictures!
